Interested in a Groups Grant?
In Larimer County alone over 42,000 people live in poverty - most of them children under the age of 18. Living below the line of poverty these people are often food insecure, lack basic clothing items, need medical attention, and suffer severe emotional stress.
Hope is a commodity just outside their grasp.
Physical need is simply a window into the soul of our world. For those in poverty, it becomes difficult to consider eternal hope when today’s hope seems so unattainable. What if your small group could change that? By bringing hope to someone’s physical need, your group can build a bridge to their spiritual need.
Our 2018 local initiatives are all about building bridges into our community.
Here at Grace Place, we are looking to sponsor projects that our small groups are passionate about. If your group needs a little help to get your project going, please see the requirements and apply below.
Requirements:
- Group must be a Grace Place affiliated small group
- Group must agree to filming the project on Facebook live and tagging Grace Place, as well as send Grace Place all footage from filming. (clips of 60 seconds or less before, during, and after the project are required)
- Group must be able to provide sufficient amount of volunteers for project.
